Who we are?
Unity Investment Club is a collaborative group investment platform, a subsidiary venture of Black Affect LLC, founded by David Daw. UIC is working to create a network of investment clubs across the United States of America that empowers, educates, and connects Black entrepreneurs, innovators, change-makers, and investors.
Our Strategic Partnerships
UIC partners with established institutions and organizations to further collaboration within African American communities, including black-owned banks, stock trading companies, real estate brokers, and historically black educational institutions.
Target audience
Unity Investment Clubs’ mission is guided by “Ujamaa,” which is the Fourth Principle of Kwanzaa. It means‘Cooperative Economics.’As part of the UIC collective, this is what will be the driving force behind your journey.
Opportunities With Us
- We offer LLC creation and registration with relevant state and federal institutions.
- We provide operational agreements and contract creation to ensure transparency within the club.
- We offer consultation and coaching to orient and implement the framework for successfully running an investment club.
- We provide access to the database of clubs within the network.
- We provide ten E-books and additional resources in the form of short tutorials, primers, and workshops to impart lessons regarding financial investments.
